Original use case:
We would like, when for example a directory or a file is lock, to send a mail to all the developer, so that they know that the files are reserved and not beeing notified only after a commit again the reserved files is done. The same mail would be then send, when the policy is deleted.

It would be also nice for the Dev-Team to see the list of Files or directories that are locked or policies that are set without having to open the different conditions to see their contents.

It would be also nice to have the configuration directly in bitbucket for teams that doesn't use jira. I mean, commit are done at least again bitbucket and not again Jira.
