Conflict resolution between same-named pages at consecutive archiving runs

Original use case:

Business rules (pages) valid only for a decide time period.
We need the historical information which rule text was valid in which time period.

Ideas:

  1. should not overwrite each other, but either merge their histories
  2. archive with generating unique names by appending a timestamp to the name e.g

    similar use case:

    In archive a page titled "Warning xyz" already exists.

    In the life space a user (don't know this) create a page with exact the same title "Warning xyz" but with completely different content information.

    Current when this new page will be archived it overwrite the existing archive page incl. all versions of the first achived page.

    There have to be a way to save both pages incl. all versions in the archive space.
