Export "start time", "end time", "consumed time" from JIRA Service Desk SLA fields

Original request:

Your plugin makes the JSD SLA fields exportable but that's the remianing time information only. Could you give us insight how to export other details like SLA start time, SLA end time, SLA consumed time.

    This is exactly the same that is described in JSD-78, JSD-361,  please consider their votes as well ;)
