This "fall back" email address should be part of the archiving configuration.

Martin Stirnberg Such a feature would be great.

Jan Peters We would like to have this feature too!

Aron Gombas In the cloud version, notifications have more flexible settings:
As you see, you can choose specific user or users or even specific groups or groups as recipients.
It means you can add an additional recipient who receives every page lists, therefore nothing can be forgotten. There is no conditionality here, it doesn't matter if the "real" recipient is active or not, this additional recipient will receive the email in every case.
Question: if we ported this implementation to the Data Center version, would that solve this feature request?

Martin Stirnberg Aron, it would be a great addition to DC. However, if this user (or group) gets all the emails, he/she will overwhelmed since he/she won't know which emails have been sent to an active users, and which emails to an inactive users and therefore need to be processed by him/her. So the "conditionality" you mentioned is key for my use case.
Nevertheless, I'd like to see this feature in DC as well, for other reasons.

Aron Gombas @Martin Yes, it works like you described, and in that sense it is not the optimal solution. I agree.
