    Hi Team,

    we are facing issue with Database fields using better Excel. It is not working as expected in Excel not even showing the values. So can you please provide the resolution ASAP.

    Hello,

    When we try to export issues using Better Excel option, Power database field values are not exported. Its completely blank. Please fix this ASAP.

    We are upgrading to Jira v9.x, and there is a version dependency for Power DB Fields plugin that is forcing us to upgrade that plugin also. The new version of the Power DB Fields plugin has some changes which are not backwards compatible, and this is breaking Better Excel export whenever the impacted fields are included in the export. This is currently a critical part of our weekly reporting, so we would like an outlook re: if/when this issue will be addressed. Thanks

    I think you misunderstood this article.

    Better Excel Exporter does not support Power Database Fields currently. You can find the list of supported integrations here.

    This is a feature request where we gather interest for adding support for Power Database Fields. If a feature request is popular enough, then we will consider implementing it in a future release. Please vote (click the thumbs-up icon) for this feature request if you want it to be added in a future release.
