Display the list of pages that are excluded from all work using the "noarchive" label

This is currently hard to see if the "noarchive" and "noarchive-single" labels are used correctly in a space.

    In Archiving Plugin 4.3.0 or newer, you can browse through the pages and easily see the ones that are excluded from the lifecycle checks.

    (Reminder: those can be excluded either by adding the "noarchive-single" label or "noarchive", which works recursively).

    UPDATE: We have released the Better Content Archiving app's cloud version just a few weeks ago. It addresses many points criticized in the Data Center version, including also this one.

    (Our plan is that, if there is interest, we will back-port the most valuable changes from the Cloud version to the Data Center one.)

    In the cloud version, there are multiple ways to list the pages and blog posts in the "Excluded" status:

    1. Visit the Content Status Overview and click the count in the "Excluded" column. (The report is available for eacj space and also for the whole site, see the screenshot above.)
    2. Search for the expired pages using this trivial CQL query:  
      arch.status = "Excluded"
    3. Add a macro to any Confluence page and pass the CQL query in the previous item to list the contents matching the query.

    Note that the CQL query will find both the contents that were excluded directly and also those that inherited the exclusion from an ancestor. But this is also possible to refine the query to find only the directly-excluded or only the inherited-excluded items, limit the search to one or more spaces, filter to the person who excluded them.

    CQL is extremely powerful here, as well!
