I hope that most of the space owners will act on the notifications they receive automatically from the tool. But, I do anticipate that many of them won’t, and I need a way to look at all the spaces and visually show which ones are in the green and which need to do some work so I will send progress reports/status on the spaces probably quarterly. I was hoping for an export feature into Excel, just so that I could get a well-formatted and consistent report each time I do it and not have to fiddle with the data each time. 2 Sirko Manthey November 06, 2018 15:23 Hi, CSV or Excel export would be essential for us in order to have POs or PMs manage their spaces based on the plugin's results. We have live products running 10+ years with constant development and heavy use of confluence resulting in thousands of outdated pages in some cases. The current way of making these results available to the user does to facilitate working on them easily. With exports we could break them down in chunks and get the space managers on board as well. It would also be great if results could be based on parent page associations for grouping. Thank you for considering this functionality and please let us know if this is within the realms of possibility. Cheers Sirko 1 Daniel Varela May 02, 2019 13:23 Indeed. Without some kind of export (and sorting!) the information is not useful if one has anything beyond a few dozens of spaces. 1 Graham Foster July 12, 2019 09:27 +1 to all the above reasons.. You need evidence to change people's mind, and progress reports to track improvement.s This is very difficult if the only reporting mechanism you have is a screenshot of the content analysis page! 0 Lubos February 25, 2020 06:49 If this report can be shown to managers, they can help push to some decisions and also push some space admins to do their job. 0 Daniel Varela Santoalla April 21, 2021 14:55 These three suggestions seem to point to the same thing. Could Midori please aggregate the articles and votes into one, otherwise the issue will be undervalued… https://midori.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/229991708-Export-page-status-reports-to-CSV-for-further-analysis-and-sharing https://midori.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/229991828-Excel-export-for-the-Content-Quality-Statistics-table-in-space-scope-and-globally- https://midori.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001401408-Exporting-list-of-pages-to-Excel-CSV-format Of course another way of getting the same thing would be to provide a REST API. Would be equally helpful! 0 Aron Gombas April 24, 2021 16:01 Daniel, the first two are very close, that's true, but the third one is different. Nevertheless, Zendesk doesn't allow us merging articles by summing their vote count. Don't worry when we choose feature requests for a release, we definitely look for a "cluster of related and popular feature requester" instead of individual ones. It will not be overlooked. (The REST API idea is interesting. Thanks!) 0 Srikanth Duggineni December 06, 2021 06:10 We have one more scenario on this: want to export the Content quality reports of all spaces belongs to specific space category. Like we have 70-100 spaces exist for 4 different categories each. want to review/export the statistics of each space category. 0 Kim Wallace December 20, 2021 16:34 This is long overdue - I see the first requests for an export dating back to 2014. Midori, we need your help to use your tool more effectively. Clicking "more" over and over to get a list of thousands of pages is simply not efficient. Please sign in to leave a comment.
