Allow inserting hyperlinks to the exports generated from Issue Navigator - DONE!

Original request in ticket #722:

The native JIRA Excel Export had a hyperlink to each issue included in the issue Key. This is a useful feature that does not appear to be in the Better Excel Export plugin.

We are happy to break the news, that this feature request is now live in Better Excel Plugin 2.2.0 release!
