What is current status for GitLab support ? I don't see GitLab in the list here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.midori.jira.plugin.jira-commit-policy-plugin/server/overview

Although the approach linked in the previous comment gives a solution to this use case, a full-blown native GitLab integration is still missing.

Therefore, we will keep this feature request open and still gathering interest.
