Allow filtering for space categories when bulk applying configurations or blacklisting spaces

Currently, the filtering option only works for spaces when applying a configuration to multiple spaces or blacklisting spaces. Users would like to also filter for spaces categories, making it even easier to apply configurations to many spaces at ones.
