Support optional formatting of the <jt:hyperlink> tag

As a user, I'd like to format a cell as hyperlink with the <jt:hyperlink> tag, only if the "address" parameter is not null/empty.

    We would like to create a list of issues which contains the field "Epic Link".

    For each issue which is inside an epic the cell should link to the epic.

    For each issue which is not in an epic we dont want to have a link on the cell.

    We also like to use this for our "Container Link" Customfield from our Plugin "Epic Sum Up" which can be used to build more complex issue structures than just "Epic-Task-Subtask"
