Support for report-specific parameters

As a user, I'd like to define report-specific parameters for automation actions.

For example:
As a user, I'd like to automate Tempo exports while the "tempoDateFrom" and "tempoDateTo" variables are set automatically for the start and end of the month.

What does it exactly mean? "Report-specific parameters" can mean lots of different things.
