Meric Ayman The notifying options in the confluence archiving app are pretty good (notify author or last editor).
But sometimes it is neither of them.
There can be various reasons for it:
- The one who is responsible has changed
- Other members of the team added informations on the page
- the confluence administrator changed the layout of the page
and so on...
Therefore it would be good to assign the page to a responsible staff.
The "contend responsibility macro" already has a function where you can define one or more responsible users. It is also shown in the user profile.
It would be great, if the archiving app could notify these responsible users.
