As an admin, I'd like to navigate between the app related screens with tabs, as when many apps are installed it's inconvenient to search through the left sidebar.

Misha Thornburgh This feature would be great!! We have many apps installed, including a suite which already greatly increases our options within system administration. Having all of the administrative options for this app within one page, separated by tabs, would make it much easier for us to navigate as system admins.

Aron Gombas UPDATE: We have released the Better Content Archiving app's cloud version just a few weeks ago. It addresses many points criticized in the Data Center version, including also this one.
(Our plan is that, if there is interest, we will back-port the most valuable changes from the Cloud version to the Data Center one.)
Although this isn't the most important innovation, but in the cloud version all administration functionality can be reached through a single entry point in the left-bar:
When you enter one of administration sections (level 1), and there are still alternative routes, those are grouped into tabs (level 2):
