But still allow space admins to start the archiving in their spaces.
Allow choosing global configurations only (no custom configurations!)

Aron Gombas UPDATE: We have released the Better Content Archiving app's cloud version just a few weeks ago. It addresses many points criticized in the Data Center version, including also this one.
(Our plan is that, if there is interest, we will back-port the most valuable changes from the Cloud version to the Data Center one.)
In the cloud version, configuration is based on a triplet of schemes applied to each space:
- The content status scheme defines what statuses are available and how are those set to a page or blog post.
- The notification scheme defines what notification emails are sent, when, to whom and with what content.
- The automation scheme defines what background actions (archive, delete, etc.) are executed when and on what contents.
Having said that, space admins can:
- Select each of the above schemes for their spaces.
- Run the long-running jobs.
In contrary, space admins cannot override the globally defined schemes!
We believe this model is a great balance between configuration consistency and configuration manage-ability.
