Publish a REST API

As a user, I'd like to export PDFs through a REST API, instead of starting the exports manually from the UI.

    It might be obvious, but I would like to add, that REST API should have support for admin users to get the quality stats out on global scale from all spaces (for POs to review and manage). Not just from a single space.

    PDF export via REST API in the Jira Cloud plan would be awesome for our business. We need to create un-changeable and human-readable snapshots of the tickets as part of our automated backups.
    Please put this on the list for the upcoming releases :-)

    When auditors come knocking, they give us a list of tickets to go print to PDF from Jira. We go to each ticket, and choose PDF (Embedded Attachments) and then PDF (All Fields)

    Would love to be able to call a REST API with a jira ticket ID, a PDF format and an email address to send to. Then receive emails with the PDFs for those tickets attached.
