Synchronize space names and space permissions from fresh to archive spaces

We would like to see this with a check box on the Start Archiving Page for each space so that should there be a change in Space Admins and overall permissions or should the space name change it would be good to have it match as needed, it should be an option the Space Admins can control.

Additional comment from the requester:

"We would like this to be a check box available on the Start Archiving page to Sync Permissions and another for Sync Space Name as we have found that as permissions on the active space change."
