Enforce a page creator to input the expiration date

Users would like to require the page creator the set an expiration date at page creation.

This would be an extremely valuable control measure we could establish for our users. The ability to force certain user behaviors initially would really help with user participation and getting the most out of this app, at least until it's second nature and part of the usual user process regarding producing and maintaining content in Confluence.
