Support for batched exports

As a user, I'd like to export more than 1000 issues in a way that I get multiple Excel files.

    This would be a really great additional functionality as in our company people often want to create their own report and therefore need to export more than 1000 issues while at the same time the JIRA admin is reluctant to increase the limit due to the potential performance risk.

    So a functionality that allows exporting for more than 1000 issues would be great. Few potential suggestions:

    • If user is exporting e.g. 2000 issues then either 2 files automatically created for them, or a prompt confirming there will be 2 files generated. Or links to each file so user can download them in their own convenient time.
    • Or alternatively create a zip file that contains multiple excel files.
