Add a view to find and filter content owners

Customers would need a common page where Space Admins are able to see which page owners exist in the Space. Its like an audit page where they would be able to see

  • all owners that exist in their particular Confluence-Space
  • filter through them to find disabled content owner users
  • find all the pages an owner has

UPDATE: We have released the Better Content Archiving app's cloud version just a few weeks ago. It addresses many points criticized in the Data Center version, including also this one.

(Our plan is that, if there is interest, we will back-port the most valuable changes from the Cloud version to the Data Center one.)

In the cloud version, the owner, tree-owner and many other fields are available in CQL queries. It means that you can search for content without owners, for contents owned by a given user, for content trees owned by a given user and such. See a few sample queries here.

As an example, here is a structured CQL search that collects the content in the "Expired" status from the two specified spaces:

We believe that this CQL search feature already helps better tracking the ownership, but we will not stop here. (Stay tuned!)

🔥 Try this in action now!
