Support forms in JWM/JSM when possible

Forms are available in Jira Work Management and Jira Service Management (might be elsewhere in the future). The forms are originated in ProForma app which was acquired by Jira.

we need to be able to export JIRA forms into PDF so we can use this software for audits

this is a key feature for us to purchase the software

We have a similar use case - we need to collect input from multiple sources that would not otherwise fit well in a standard Jira issue, then be able to package that in a nicely formatted file for executives. With that functionality, this would be a valuable app for us, but we wouldn't have any reason to purchase it without that.

When you currently create a PDF from a JSM Form (when it is submitted) it does not include the attachment fields in the form.

We need this to be able to send one email with all the information to our finance department. So it would be very welcome if the app can provide this functionality.

Needed for regulatory purposes - it's a hard requirement for us to use the plugin.

I like this Platform and it is a very good tool, but really I can't purchase it if I don't have a feature to export a Form with a ticket because all exports will be useless if I don't have a form attached to them, and I hope this feature become available as soon as possible.

I hope to be able to include the firm too! It’s essential for our QMS!

We use this in our JSM project(s) as well. Our primary use case for Better PDF is to export evidence for auditors but currently we are missing the required form data for any of our issue types which are using forms.
