Support for exporting uneditable fields on issues

In Jira, you can set workflow rules that restrict editing an issue's fields if it's in a certain status (usually "Closed").
Currently, due to how the exportable fields are determined, Better PDF Exporter cannot export an issue's uneditable fields.
