Export issue comments to Excel spreadsheets (DONE!)

We could export the last comments per issue, first comment per issue, all comments per issue (breaking that into multiple rows in the table).

I'm curious to hear what should be the behaviour users expect here.

Customer (#637) confirm he wants "all" comments for the issues, having N "sub-rows" per issue in case an issue has N comments.

We started to work on this recently, and it will be part of the plugin version 1.1.0.

I am happy to announce that some weeks ago we released Better Excel Plugin 1.1.0 that allows exporting comments in multiple ways(!):
1. Easy: just use the built-in "Comments (All fields)" or "Comments (Current fields)" export types.
2. Super-flexible and customizable: use the comment-related calculated fields.
