Implement "View restriction"

Customers would like to restrict Excel views to users and user groups like in the Server version of Better Excel Exporter.

    As an admin I would like to restrict templates or the ability to create an export to user / roles / groups.

    Worklogs exports are somewhat critical in terms of privacy, so only certain users should be able to use this template.

    This is very important. We need to restrict who can export data which then lies uncontrolled outside of the system.

    As an Admin I would also like to select projects where the App gets displayed / used. It would be great if I would be able to select the projects I would like to use the app in.

    As a Jira administrator, I would really appreciate having the ability to restrict access to Better Excel Exporter only to selected users or user groups
    In our company, we have over 100 Jira users, but only a small portion actually need to use this app. Being able to manage access would not only improve security but would also help us justify the licensing cost, as currently we are required to license the app for all users, even if most of them don’t use it.
